Our chilli products

Each year we germinate and grow a number of plant varieties to sell locally, either direct or at farmers markets. Most of these are compact varieties that are small enough for a sunny windowsill. We also grow a few larger ones. Choice of varieties varies from year to year. Plants can be ordered from mid February for local delivery in April. Plants are also available in April and May at farmers markets, for local delivery or direct from the farm by prior arrangement. 

Using our own chillies, we produce a unique range of dried chilli seasoning, blending the diverse flavours of different varieties to offer a choice of mild to extremely hot powders and flakes. These have a wide range of culinary applications . Examples include soups, stirfrys, meat marinading, chillies, curries, and in many other dishes from around the world. You can also experiment and create your own!  Available direct from the farm (by prior arrangement), at local farmers markets and at several local retail outlets.
